Came here with the BFF. I've literally driven by this shopping center where they are located, and never noticed it. I got a frozen margarita and I asked her to mix peach and mango. So good and flavorful. Some margaritas are sour. It was sweet but not too sweet. Perfect combo! I didn't get a entree. I just ordered the guacamole. It was very fresh and not too salty. Very good! I sat at the bar, so I was able to see all of the food that was coming out of the kitchen. Everything looked so appetizing! The fajitas were a very popular dish and looked very filling. I will definitely be back to try the fajitas and tacos! Service was great and I was able to take home the rest of my margarita that I did not finish! How awesome is that? No waisted liquor!

The food is tasty here. My favorite is Enchiladas Suizas with Chilli meat sauce. The Ceviche is good, too. The bar has a good selection. Top shelf margaritas are worth trying. The service is always good. The bar is usually busy.
My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat and Ernesto's was just the place! We started off with Nachos Locos (excellent!) and our lunch consisted of quesadillas and a burrito (also excellent!). The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. When we are there, there was one waitress for the entire restaurant (she was working very hard!) and each table it seemed as though she was very attentive (her service for us was great). I highly recommend this restaurant if you'd like quick and great Mexican food. The restaurant wasn't terribly busy when we were there, however if it is and it's just the one waitress, please be patient. She was working very hard and was incredibly kind to us!
